STEP ONE:
Come in to 2739 W. Division st. (Juan Antonio Corretjer Puerto Rican Cultural Center), to fill out a lottery form.

STEP TWO:
School will contact you
STEP THREE:
1. Come in to test (TABE Test of Adult Basic Education)
Testing will now be the second and fourth Friday of each month at 10:30am at 2739 W. Division, unless otherwise noted.

2. Bring with you… transcripts (un)official, “drop slip” (release letter that proves you are not at another school), birth certificate. social security card, proof of income, proof of address, picture ID
STEP FOUR:
Come in for the interview process (One interview with student and a couselor/teacher, also one interview with parent/guardian, student and the director)
STEP FIVE:
You will be accepted to our school or we will find a school that will better fit you
