Project New Futures (PNF)
Project New Futures aims to strengthen and support older foster youth general transition skills including job skill preparation and vocational/trade careers while promoting college readiness and placement. Another key component to this project is our 12-24 month post-graduation follow-up and support services to ensure college, employment, vocational retention and success. The project also includes quality career internship, job shadowing, and job placement as another strategy to expose the student to career options.
